These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sanaya AI’s website, platform, and related services. This page contains dummy content for design and development purposes and is not a binding legal agreement.

By creating an account or using Sanaya, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms. If you use Sanaya on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including actions by teammates you invite to a workspace.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region)
• One person or organization should not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse limits
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace

Sanaya provides tools to generate creatives, configure campaigns, and launch ads across supported channels. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You remain responsible for the content of your ads, product claims, targeting choices, and compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable law.

You agree not to misuse Sanaya or interfere with other users. Prohibited activities in this sample policy include, without limitation:

• Uploading unlawful, deceptive, or infringing creatives or landing pages
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Using the service to send spam or engage in fraudulent advertising
• Circumventing plan limits, billing, or security controls

Paid plans, trials, and usage-based fees (if any) will be described at checkout or in your workspace. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.

Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, and others) is separate from Sanaya subscription fees and is governed by those platforms’ billing terms.

Sanaya and its licensors own the platform, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Sanaya a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Feedback you submit may be used to improve Sanaya without obligation to compensate you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for this demo policy. Sanaya does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific campaign results, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanaya’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Sanaya in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.

You may stop using Sanaya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay applicable fees. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
